Warrington Foodbank has a vacancy for an Operations Manager, who will be responsible for managing the operation, with concern for its operational efficiency and standards in accordance with the Trussell Trust Franchise model.
The role involves working in partnership with trustees and other employees, to assist with the development of Warrington Foodbank, including its material resources, financial assets, reputation, partnerships and volunteer body.
The Operations Manager will be enthusiastic to motivate and energise employees and volunteers, and work with partners on behalf of the Trustees to achieve key deliverables across our operational network, which includes our warehouse, administration hub, distribution centres and pantries.
