Volunteer

Volunteers are at the very heart of Warrington Foodbank. And your skills could be just what we need.

There are thousands of volunteers across the UK, helping The Trussell Trust Foodbank Network get emergency food to people in crisis. We want you to enjoy volunteering and there are lots of ways to get involved. Whatever role you choose, you will make a real difference to the life of someone in crisis.

Below are our latest volunteering opportunities within Warrington Foodbank. If you would like to be considered for a volunteer position, please click on the below links to apply online. Thank you.

Supermarket Collection Volunteer

You’ll understand the importance of supermarket collections in raising awareness of the food bank and be comfortable approaching people, handing them a shopping list and asking for a food donation. You’ll sort donations and deliver them to the local food bank. Your positive, friendly and enthusiastic approach will help to encourage and maximise food donations for those in crisis in your local community.
